How to Become a Member
To become a member of The Church of the Epiphany Gurgaon the below mentioned documents are required:
- Completed Membership Application Form (see below)
- Transfer Letter from the present Church
- A copy of Aadhar Card/Passport
- Copy of Baptism Certificate
- Copy of Confirmation Certificate
